The refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days following receipt of the cancellation request.

Non-refundable items : Some items are not eligible for a refund or exchange, either in-store or online, due to their size, weight, or the nature of their contents. These items are marked "non-refundable item".

Gift cards and additional gift boxes are non-refundable.

Delivery charges are non-refundable. The same applies to shipping surcharges applied to certain items based on their size, weight, or destination.

Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer unless the error is due to a handling mistake by Master Dad Club. For example: the item sent does not match the item ordered.

We try to ship goods as quickly as possible, so it is not always possible to change the delivery address.

If the items have already been shipped, we cannot make the change. The item will be returned to us, and we can then ship it to the new address. You must contact us by email at axj@masterdad.club. Additional shipping charges will apply.
